I made the mistake of ordering from
another site for a custom engraved Zippo and it was terrible.
Because it was for a gift I decided to give Uptown Enterprises a
try to see if they could pull it off, and WOW!!! What a huge
difference working with Uptown. Not only was Phoebe great to deal
with, but Benard helped me with each step of the custom graphic.
Both were phenomenally helpful and diligent in ensuring my hopes of
a custom design come true. I was so blown away with the difference
in dealing with Uptown versus that "other" place. I ordered a
second Zippo for my sister. Both arrived today, and are nothing
short of perfection. I can't convey enough praise these folks
deserve. Don't waste your time anywhere else like I did. To make it
great, stick with the best, Uptown Enterprises beats the others in
