How do I place an Order?
Here is how to place an order for items in our store:
- Please click on the Go Shopping link located in the top navigation bar. This will take you to our online Store.
- Click on the main product category which you're interested
in to view any subcategories. To view products simply click on
the appropriate link on that page. Browse the available
products and make your selections by choosing the quantity you
would like to purchase and entering that in the Quantity field.
- Add items you selected to your order by clicking on the button labeled
Buy Now.
- At this point you will be shown the current products in your Shopping Cart and a current total. You may wish to browse more products by clicking on the button labeled
Keep Shopping at the bottom of the page or if you wish to
checkout at this time, you should
- Complete your order and checkout by clicking on the button labeled Checkout
or Google Checkout.
- Follow the instructions by entering all the billing and shipping information requested. Upon completion you will receive
an e-mail copy of your order for your records.

How much does Custom Engraving cost?
Personalize your products with our computerized Custom Engraving. Custom Engraved products make great keepsakes, collectibles and gifts.
Our shopping cart system will automatically calculate your engraving charges based on
the amount of characters you enter in the Engraving Text Box. Our
engraving charges include a $5.00 setup fee per item plus
0.25 cents per character. For example, if you wanted a product
engraved with the word "Zippo" this would cost a total of $6.25.
($5.00 setup fee + 5 characters @ 0.25 cents)
Uptown Enterprises has just made it easier to point and click your way to
ordering a personalized product from within our shopping cart.

What are my Payment Options?
Your order will be handled using our Secure Payment System. This protects your credit card information using encryption while in transit over the Internet.
Uptown Enterprises has purchased a Secure Certificate through VeriSign, the leader in SSL Protection.
Uptown Enterprises accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
PayPal, Google Checkout, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Returned Checks will be subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.

How does Uptown Enterprises protect my credit card if I order online?
Uptown Enterprises takes every precaution to protect the privacy of your
credit card information. We utilize Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the most
advanced security system available. All of your ordering informationincluding
your name, address, and credit card numberis encrypted using our
Secure Server for maximum security. Your credit card billing information
cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. Please notice when
you prepare to checkout using our Secure Server, that the URL address
changes from http:// to https://. This is how to detect a Secure
Server from a Non-Secure Server. Uptown Enterprises is also an authentic

How soon will I receive my order?
Products purchased from Uptown Enterprises that are in stock will be
shipped upon receipt and processing of payment or credit card approval.
Most orders usually ship within one to three business days, excluding weekends. Orders
which include Custom Engraving may take an additional one to two business days. Products purchased from Uptown Enterprises that are not currently in stock will take approximately three to seven business days before shipment. On rare occasions, depending on the product(s) availability from the manufacturer, it may take one to two weeks before shipment. UPS delivery can take anywhere from one to six business days depending on the UPS shipping method you choose at Checkout.
Please keep in mind when selecting your desired shipping method that UPS operates Monday-Friday and does not deliver on weekends. Please visit our UPS Service Map for actual transit times to your state from our location. Your products will be shipped with the greatest of care and the fastest of service. All International orders will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges:
Uptown Enterprises ships worldwide. All shipping costs are actual shipping rates calculated by our shopping cart software in
real-time and is determined by the total weight of the package and the destination. We are pleased to offer all
shipping services offered by UPS and USPS, which includes Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Standard Ground, Canada Standard Post, International Expedited, International Express, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail.
Our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping charges for
your order and give you a final total before any payment information needs to be given.

Confirmation of Order:
Every customer will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming your products ordered and total order amount. We do not sale or distribute e-mail addresses to any third parties. Your email address is given to us for internal purposes only so that we may send you an electronic invoice confirming your order, so please include a valid e-mail address so that you may receive a copy of your order form.
When paying by credit card, upon submission of your order, you are verifying that you are of legal age and authorize Uptown Enterprises to charge your credit card for the order amount. Billing
on your credit card will appear as Uptown Enterprises. Shipping rates will automatically be added to your order by our shopping cart system at the time of checkout. Customers outside of the United States (International Customers) may be responsible for additional customs fees and/or duties. Uptown Enterprises is not responsible for these custom fees and/or duties.

Return Policy:
Uptown Enterprises limits product returns to within 30 days after receiving your order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within the allotted
30 day period, and upon approval, you may ship the product back to us. You will be credited the
full purchase amount, less the original shipping charges.
All returns must be received in an unused condition with
any seals unbroken and credit is issued only on received returned merchandise. There are no refunds on
custom engraved products unless, of course, there was an error with the engraving on our part.
